three years ago i took a good look at my local white tiger Kashie in her enclosure......she was just bones......i had never seen a tiger in such shape she fell against the glass where i was standing and moaned in pain i stared right into her eyes......i can honestly say that I have seen a tiger cry.....and it is a frightening thing..... we are the invaders.
animals are just as humane as you and me doing what they must to survive how would you like it if you were caged and fed only enough not to starve to death but not to fill you either.
I filed a complaint and the zoo staff immediatly began to cover their butts in every way possible refusing to respond to alligations of abuse to an endangered species.
I came back a week later and Kashie had to have gained 12 pounds their saying she was eating normally were lies they fed her regularly and she was fine. But what they did was inexscusable that animal now has to worry about when her next meal will come to her if ever.
Kashi was not the only animal I saw that day their was a mountain ram that could not bend his neck because his horns had grown to a point they were stabbing him in the back they could have taken care of this but then that would have ruined the image of a horned mountain ram. The Parrots eyes were glazed and listless their feathers coated in moss. The wolves were terrified as a train for the zoo's guests went straight through their territory as children threw things at them. The tortoise enclosure was not properly blocked off and people were jumping into the cage and riding it and drawing on it's shell....all while the zookeepers watched.

Kashie the white tiger
the white tigers in zoos are deformed and are most likely suffering horribly as zoos only feed their animals enough to survive on.They do this to all of their animals.
